This KAM-Tool provides a means of assessing the competitiveness of your brand or company offering, through the eyes of a Buyer in your account.
The Excel-based tool can also be used to assess perception of your company vs. other suppliers, your brand vs. other brands/private label in the category or SKUs within a brand, through the eyes of a customer.
The Buying Mix Analysis measures the buyer’s perception of the important aspects of the offering and conducting the analysis helps you step out of your company-shoes and view its products from the point of view of a purchaser rather than a seller. Full instructions are included.
NOTE: The BMA is also included in the NamCalc suite of account analysis tools.
